Jayde Ann Ly - Web Developer

Jayde has over nine years of experience designing and developing business websites. Perceptive, receptive and intuitive she has the ability to understand a client's goals and help them achieve or surpass those targets.  Her passion for websites extend beyond pure aesthetics into carefully crafted html/css. Results driven, her websites are not only to attractive to the human eye but also to the search engine spiders.

Over the past two years she has become an expert in search engine optimization and continues to hone her web design skills on a daily basis. She has experience developing and managing sites that range from small static sites with five pages to large sites that have hundreds of pages along with thousands more that are dynamically generated.

Melaena brings to the web her distinct and innovative artistic talents. She is constantly pushing herself to try new designs filled with original ideas. She has the ability to translate desire into reality; ideas into tangibles.

With over four years of experience Melaena is very easy to work with. She knows when to run with a project and when to let go. She is empathic and sensitive yet very grounded to what works and what is simply fluff.

Ken brings over ten years of experience in web development to the team. He has successfully delivered many mission-critical projects on time and within budget. Ken possesses superior skills in database management, systems analysis and programming to help deliver cutting edge web based business applications.

Ken holds a B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences and an Information Systems Diploma in Computer Technology (2 year program).

Carol Avery - Graphic Designer

Carol is a graduate of the Emily Carr School of Art + Design's Design Essentials.  Since graduating she has been kept busy designing business cards & stationery, logos, brochures, CD labels and booklets, newspaper/magazine ads, postcards, real estate marketing materials, mouse-pads, posters, banners, and full-size tradeshow booths

Passionate about photography, Carol took intensive and challenging courses at the Photographic Center Northwest in Seattle. There she honed her skills with black & white and colour film from shooting through developing, printing in the darkroom, and matting the finished product. Her latest interest is in exploring the world of digital photography and working with PhotoShop.

Prior to becoming a graphic designer she worked in both small and large companies and corporate environments, primarily in the travel industry. This experience has proven invaluable when designing for a range of clients from small businesses to large companies. She particularly enjoys helping small business clients reach new levels of professionalism by helping shape the image they project in marketing materials.
